By proceeding with your purchase at wonder woven LLC you signify that you have read the safety and instructions pages, you agree to use the wrap in a safe manner, and that the care of your baby is solely your responsibility.  

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your handwoven wrap I will happily provide a refund. Please contact me within 14 days of receipt at contact@wonderwoven.com for the return shipping address. wonder woven LLC can only accept returns from the original customer of brand new, unwashed and unworn merchandise.

Shipping costs for both international and domestic orders are non-refundable. wonder woven LLC will cover the cost of return shipping if the item being returned has a serious defect or flaw that was not disclosed in the item description. If an item is being returned because of personal preference or for variations considered within tolerance for a first quality handwoven wrap, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Delivery confirmation and insurance is highly recommended. wonder woven LLC is not responsible for items that are lost by USPS or any other delivery provider when being returned for a refund. 

Refunds will be issued once the item has been received. Please allow at least 72 hours for the refund to be processed.   

Payment

Payment through the website is by credit card. I have added the ability to pay with Paypal. To pay with Paypal, please use the little yellow "Add to Cart" button at the bottom left corner of the screen and proceed with checking out. You will be directed to Paypal to do so. Please note that this method of payment is not integrated with inventory control on my site. For this reason, there is a chance that an item will oversell. If two payments are successfully made for the same item, I will honor the payment that was processed first and immediately refund any subsequent payments. I apologize in advance for any disappointment this may cause. Please also note that payment through Paypal does not allow me to specify shipping costs by location. There will be one shipping cost applied, which is for domestic shipping. If your item is shipping elsewhere, I will invoice you for the balance due. Please see below for shipping costs.

Shipping

I make every effort to ship your item within two business days. In the case of delays, you will be notified by email.

All packages  will be sent USPS Priority Mail insured. A tracking number or customs number will be provided to you upon shipment. The price calculated at checkout is based on a medium flat rate box. If your I am able to ship your item in a padded flat rate envelope, I will refund the difference in shipping cost.

Priority Mail shipping within the US is $20.55 per item.

Priority Mail shipping to Canada is $48.35 per item.

Priority Mail shipping elsewhere in the world is $58.65 per item.

All shipping prices are subject to change and are determined by size of shipment.
