DW (formerly Darwaza) combines shades of peach with orange, red, burgundy, purple and plum. The warp is 50% Egyptian Cotton/50% cotton. The weave structure provides a subtle geometric interest. A fractured diamond pattern can be discerned along with the shadow of a zig-zag. One of several structures that I tested for this warp, I am calling it Serrure 1 in reference to the source (the draft can be found in Atlas de 4000 Armures by Louis Serrure). It is a dense, thick weave with superior cushioning. This wrap features hemmed rails and weighs approximately 275 grams/m^2.
